Get ready to stretch, breathe, and clear your mind in this low-impact class. Join instructor Rose for her 10-week customized Chair Yoga program beginning Thursday, October 5, at 2:00 p.m. at the Rady JCC.

And best of all? Everything is done from the comfort and support of a chair.

Rose will help you master several yoga movements that can be performed by anyone, no matter your age or ability. You will improve your health through this amazing form of adaptive exercise.
