Have you ever been told your knees should never pass your toes? At this month’s clinic, we will teach you all the things knee. From anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention/rehabilitation and lastly why you knee can and in many instances should go past your toes!



December: Core Training

A strong core is the foundation of the body. As the core is responsible for transmitting forces through our limbs, it is essential to keep this group of muscles strong and healthy. Whether your goal is to be more functional in activities of daily living or you desire a well-developed six-pack, this clinic is for you. Work with Rady’s team of Personal Trainers to develop a core training plan no matter what your goals!
