April: Optimizing Leg Strength and Hypertrophy
Strong legs are desirable for a variety of reasons and is associated with functional independence as we age. Whether it be aesthetics, strength, functionality or health, this session is for you. We will discuss why muscular legs are important and go over specific training applications to improve strength of major muscle groups in the legs.
