We are thrilled to tell you that our very own Rady JCC instructor Lindsey has built a customized fitness class specifically focused on resistance training for your fourth trimester and beyond. She has carefully put together cardio and strength exercises directly geared toward your recover and rebalance.
And the best of all, Linsdey wants you to bring your baby to this class!
This class is not like other parent and baby classes. While other post-natal classes engage both parent and baby, this class solely focuses on you, the parent. You will be able to get a total body workout with your baby safely by your side.
