Hello Rady Friends,
Here at the Rady, we pride ourselves on being non-denominational and open to all. Our members are made up of all faiths, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Anyone who wants to be part of the Rady community can, no matter what. That’s what makes us so special.
With this said, this weekend our members of the Jewish community will gather to celebrate Jewish New Year’s, or Rosh Hashanah, to toast to a fabulous year ahead.
Resolutions will be made. We will strive to eat better. To exercise more. To be healthier.
If you are setting new goals for yourself, know that the Rady is here for you.
The Rady JCC has some of the best dieticians, specialists, and personal trainers in the city. We offer a variety of group classes for all skill levels and age demographics. We continue to add to our breadth of fitness programming, giving you options that work within your busy lives.
Our goal at the Rady is to give you what you everything you need to reach your goals. Whatever your aspirations are, we are here to help. All you need to do is ask.
And if you are making resolutions, just remember this: our present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.
On behalf of your entire Rady Board and staff, here’s to a year of better habits, positive thinking, clean eating, and, most of all, loving yourself.
L’Shana Tovah.
