Rady JCC Moves to Mask-Friendly Environment this Friday

June 28, 2022

Good afternoon Rady Friends,

As a reminder, beginning Friday, July 1, 2022, masks will no longer be mandatory at the Rady JCC. Instead, the Rady JCC will move to a mask-friendly environment.

These changes echo the same changes the Asper Jewish Community Campus is enacting this Friday. Please note that all current measures in place at our childcare facilities will remain intact.

The Rady JCC encourages all members to continue to wear masks properly while not engaging in physical activity. All Rady JCC staff and volunteers will continue to wear masks at all times.

Even without formal restrictions in place, all of us have a responsibility to look after our own health and safety and the health and safety of our fellow Rady JCC members. This means continuing to monitor yourself for symptoms and staying home if you feel sick. As a reminder, the Rady JCC has free COVID test kits available for our members to have at our Sports Desk.

Finally, we continue to assess all changes to these policies and are in regular communication with our medical consultants. The health and safety of Rady members, staff, and volunteers remains our highest priority.

Warm regards,

Rob Berkowits
Executive Director
Rady JCC
