Good morning Rady JCC Friends,
It takes a big heart to help shape little minds.
Today kicks off the first day of the 30th Annual Week of the Early Childhood Educator here in Manitoba. With that in mind, I want to recognize and celebrate our incredible staff at our two daycare facilities, the David and Ruth Asper Early Learning Centre and the Kaufmann Child Care Centre.
Our entire daycare staff play pivotal roles in helping ensure our children are in the best of care. They are teachers, leaders, and friends. They are mentors, protectors, and thought provokers. They work hard every single day for the betterment of all our children.
As a parent myself, I personally know how important the role an Early Childhood Educator plays in a child’s long-term development. We are so fortunate to have our team in place and are so grateful for everything they continue to do, day after day, week after week, month after month.
If you see one of our Rady daycare staff this week, please take a moment and thank them for what they are doing for all of us.
