Dear Rady JCC Friends,
What makes Rady different? I get asked this question time and time again. My answer is quite simple: our staff. Here at Rady, our mission is to make the community-at-large a better place. We are doing this through a multitude of ways. We provide children with a caring environment that develop young minds and bodies. We keep families active and connected to the community. We reach out to seniors. We help people with special needs. We assist in shaping the community’s future well-being through our various youth programs. We enrich the community with various cultural programming. What is one the common denominator for us to be able to do so much? Our dedicated Rady staff. Whether you are a regular lap swimmer in our aquatics facility, enjoy the occasional game of pickleball, have attended one of our cultural programs or anything else, chances are you know our some of our staff by name. You’ve shared laughs, moments, and conversations. They are here for you while you are here and are a part of your Rady experience. No matter the area of our organization, our staff go above and beyond to ensure you have positive interactions. They are what drive our organization forward and are a primary reason why we are able to make the community-at-large a better place. I want to take a moment and thank our wonderful staff for what they have done and continue to do for the Rady, our members, and the community-at-large. We are so fortunate to have them. So when someone asks me what makes Rady different, I am proud to tell them it is our staff. And I am even prouder to say that I work alongside them. Warm regards, Rob Berkowits One more thing!
