Dear Rady JCC Friends,
From now until our reopening on Monday, June 15, 2020, we continue to provide you with ongoing information on everything you will need to know for your eventual return. Today, our focus will be on membership dues and ongoing freeze options once our facility resumes operations.
For the remainder of June 2020, the Rady JCC will not charge its current members any monthly dues. Beginning July 1, the existing membership freeze implemented due to the onset of the pandemic will end. At this point, members will be charged their ongoing membership dues once again.
That said, not everyone is ready to come back to our facility. We understand and respect this hesitation that some members have right now. As a good faith gesture during these uncertain times, we are offering the option for members who pay monthly to extend their membership freezes until September 1, 2020, at no additional fees or costs.
For paid-in-full members who wish to extend their freezes, we are offering to move your current membership expiry dates back three months as part of this gesture.
On September 1, all members who opted to extend their freezes will begin to be charged their full dues once again.
If you are still hesitant to return to the Rady and wish to extend your membership freeze until September 1 at no additional cost, you must inform us before we reopen on June 15. To do so, please phone us at 204.477.7510 or email us at inquiry@radyjcc.com.
The well-being of our members, staff, and volunteers is paramount as we continue to prepare our facility for our June 15 reopening date. Members who choose to come back can do so knowing that they will be walking into a safe environment and can expect first-class fitness experiences.
Whether we see you in a couple of weeks or a couple of months, when you are ready to come back, we will be ready to welcome you. Until that time, stay well and stay safe.
Warm regards,
Rob Berkowits
