The Rady Jewish Community Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Boris Bursak as the new Director of Fitness & Health effective immediately.
“Boris is an outstanding fitness professional, stated Executive Director Rob Berkowits. He is committed to leading the Rady’s fitness team and ensuring that the needs and expectations of our membership are met”.
Boris has been with the Rady JCC for over 12 years, including the past 10 as the Fitness and Health Services Manager. During that time, Boris has played a significant role in the recruiting, hiring and training of new employees as well as promoting the Rady Fitness Centre’s programs and services. He has assisted in the implementation of regulatory health and safety standards as well as providing training in emergency, injury and evacuation procedures. His experience and understanding of the Fitness & Health industry will ensure that the Rady JCC maintains its dynamic and stable position in Winnipeg’s fitness community.
Boris has also volunteered his time to help out at numerous Rady events such as the Annual Sports Dinner and Yom Ha’atzmaut celebrations.
