Rady JCC Personal Trainer Alex Frunze finished in third place in the 40+ Masters category at the IFBB – International Federation of Body Builders competition held this past weekend in Toronto.
Frunze, a personal trainer at the Rady JCC for three years recently captured first place at the Manitoba Open Provincial Bodybuilding Championships held in late May.
