Aquatics Supervisor (Permanent Full Time- 37.5 hours per week)
Are you an energetic and resourceful professional with a commitment to community and a passion for fitness? The Rady JCC is looking for an Aquatics Supervisor to oversee the day to day operation of our aquatic center, supervising aquatic programming which serves over 4000 participants annually, delivering CPR and 1st Aid training and assisting in developing safety standards and training for the Rady JCC. Reporting to with the Director of Fitness and Health, you are a personable and organized professional with strong administrative skills who enjoys a fast-paced, varied environment. You are a strong leader who can supervise and inspire over 40 contract staff and are able to manage a range of projects simultaneously.
