A reminder that all pledge/KM forms and donations are due by Wednesday, June 23.
Prize winners will be announced on Friday, June 25. Winners will be contacted by phone. Prize winners will be posted on this page as well as on Facebook and Instagram.

• Fill out form online, save it to your computer, email to sappelle@radyjcc.com
OR
• Print this form, fill it out, and drop it off at the Rady JCC Sports Desk
How to send in donations:
• You and your Sponsors can send donation(s) separately or together by credit card by calling the Rady JCC Sports Desk at 204-477-7510
• OR Drop off cash or cheque at the Rady JCC Sports Desk
• Indicate “Rady Walk-A-Thon” on your payment
• All donations over $18 will receive a full tax receipt
We Want To See Your Pictures
Does not matter if you are walking, running or biking we want to see pictures. Share your photos and videos on our Facebook page (@RadyJCC) and/or Instagram (@rady-family-and-fitness) for everyone to see and enjoy.
