HYDROTHERAPY

Join certified aquatic therapist Max as he uses both mechanical and thermal characteristics of the water to help improve gait and balance. This program will have a maximum of eight (8) participants to allow the instructor the capability to taper the program based on the health history and needs of the participants.

Rady JCC instructor Lindsey has built a customized fitness class specifically focused on resistance training for your fourth trimester and beyond. She has carefully put together cardio and strength exercises directly geared toward your recover and rebalance. This class is not like other parent and baby classes. While other post-natal classes engage both parent and baby, this class solely focuses on you, the parent. You will be able to get a total body workout with your baby safely by your side.

If you are looking to improve your balance and lower body strength, this class is for you. Rady Personal Trainer Max uses his extensive background in both professional dance and fitness training to deliver a unique and intense workout that uses a combination of fitness and ballet inspired moves to emphasize lower body, core and balance exercises.
