In this 45 minute introductory session for new members, you will learn:
- How to determine the best exercises and Rady services to help you reach your fitness goals.
- Provide you with a private, personalized fitness¬†assessment to ensure you get the most out of your membership
- And you’ll walk away¬†with a personalized exercise plan based around your goals to maximize results.
How Do I Sign Up & What Can I Expect?
What Can I¬†Expect?
You will have a 15-20 minute fitness assessment followed by 25-30 minutes spent¬†going over exercise technique and building your workout plan.
How Do I Sign Up?
Complete the appointment form with your preferred date and time and a Rady Fitness trainer will follow up with you.
What Do I¬†Wear?
Wear comfortable gym wear, something you‚Äôd normally wear to exercise.
Where do I Come?
The Track Desk, just at the top of the stairs in the fitness area.
What Happens After?
After the assessment,¬†within 24 hours, you will be emailed an electronic package¬†that includes¬†a personalized¬†exercise plan to help you get the most out of¬†your membership and well on your way to health at the Rady JCC!
