If you are looking to get stronger and quicker on the court, this class will provide sport specific training to help build general strength with emphasis on quick/repetitive movements and direction change.
Krav Maga (Multiple Options)
This class teaches effective strikes and techniques to prevail, while under extreme stress. Self defence skills reach far beyond simple defence moves or counterattacks. Conflict resolution, situational awareness, and violence prevention all work to get you home safely. This self defence program will equip you with everything you need to know about protecting yourself in hostile situations.

Produced in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, this specialty program is designed for people with early to moderate signs of dementia to attend with a family member or friend. Each session begins with a gentle chair fitness class followed by engaging activities and conversation.

This chair-based fitness class offers a gentle combination of strength, mobility, and balance exercises. This class is designed to allow for a fully seated workout, with standing options as a progression where suitable. This class is appropriate for those living with MS, arthritis and those experiencing balance related issues.
Hydrotherapy: Aquatic Therapy for Gait and Balance (Multiple Options)

Catering to people who are 55 and older, this cutting-edge therapy uses the mechanical and thermal characteristics of the water in our pool during partial or complete immersion, in combination with the effects of your movement.
Your cardiac, pulmonary, renal, muscle, nervous, and vascular systems can all be positively impacted with hydrotherapy. Even your brain will experience neuroplastic changes from this therapy.
In other words, your entire body will benefit by this training.

Fit Together: Pre Natal Pilates & Power Walk

Feel more powerful in your pregnancy with this class. Each week includes power walking drills on the track, core, strength, stretching and relaxation segments, all designed for pregnancy.
Benefits include reduced aches and pains, more energy, improved core and pelvic floor awareness, increased motivation due to exercising with other pregnant women, and more.
All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. All instructors are certified pre/post natal specialists.
Fit Together: Pre Natal AquaFit (Spring and Summer Options)
Benefit from the healing properties of water and enjoy a challenging and refreshing workout in this program. Benefits include increased energy levels, reduced swelling and improved circulation, improved core strength, reduced lower back pain, and the fun of exercising with other pregnant women.
All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. This class is wonderful for everyone, and will be of special interest for women with pelvic floor discomfort, low back pain, pubis symphysis dysfunction (SPD), pelvic/hip pain and joint injuries. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness specialists.
Please note an online pre natal intake form must be completed before your first class.

Fit Together: Get Stronger for Babywearing Workshop Series

Are you a new parent? Then this new program is for you and your little one to attend together.
This series is designed for caregivers to build strength, improve posture, and increase endurance specifically for the demands of babywearing. In a supportive, welcoming environment, you’ll focus on safety and form while engaging in exercises targeting your core, upper body and lower body.
Each session includes education, power walking, strength work, and flexibility exercises to enhance your babywearing experience.
The goal is to make babywearing more comfortable, enjoyable, and sustainable for both you and your baby, reducing discomfort and improving confidence.
