February is Heart Health Month, and Rady JCC will be the place to call home! To help raise awareness of the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle, there are several events planned, including seminars, special classes, workout challenges and clinics going on throughout the month. Fitness Bingo Challenge
We want to encourage all of our members to get moving and try something fun and new! One bingo card per member is permitted. Every time you complete one of the fitness activities visit our fitness staff to get your stamp. Once your two lines are complete, you can submit your bingo card and we will enter your name in for a chance to win a FREE value pack ($89 value) with one of our personal trainers. The last day to submit your bingo card will be Thursday February 28th at 10 p.m.
To obtain your card please visit the Track Desk and also to get your card stamped or your ballot deposited. The Bingo Challenge will run until the end of the Month and the draw will take place March 3.
