|Good morning Rady Friends,
Yesterday, the provincial government announced we have reached the threshold for Phase 1 of Manitoba’s reopening plan. As a result, effective Saturday, June 26, the Rady JCC will reopen its doors once again.
Our hours of operation will be as follows:
Our fitness centre will operate with a 25% maximum capacity at any given time. Please be sure to check our Live Capacity Count tracker on our website prior to your visit to see where we are in terms of capacity.
Our aquatics facility will reopen on Monday, June 28, for pre-booked lap swimming. Members will be able to book their swim times beginning this Saturday morning starting at 9:00 a.m. and then beginning 72 hours in advance thereafter.
Members paying monthly membership dues will begin being charged once again beginning July 1. If you wish to put your membership on a freeze, you must contact us prior to July 1 to let us know. Please note there is a $15 per month freeze fee.
Please also note the following:
Masks will continue to be mandatory while at the Rady JCC. This includes in locker rooms, on the pool deck, and on the fitness floor. Members with underlying health conditions or who may be concerned about mask-wearing medical risks should refrain from strenuous exercises while at the Rady.
Finally, as a reminder, members must swipe their membership cards at our Ambassador Desk upon entering the facility and will be subject to safety protocols including temperature checks and screening questions. Members must also swipe their cards when checking out.
We look forward to welcoming everyone safely back to the Rady.
