9AM – 9:30 AM Tai Chi (Adult Lounge)
9:30 – 10 AM Mat Pilates (Adult Lounge)
10AM- 10:30 AM Kung Fu class for all ages (Gym)
11:30AM- 11:45 AM Strong by Zumba  (Gym)
11AM- 11:45 AM Powerlifting clinic (Fitness Area)
11:45 AM- 12 PM CATCH  (Gym)
12 – 3 PM Spin-A-Thon (Small Gym)
1 – 1:30 PM¬†Barre Fitness with Mom & Daughter (Fitness Studio Upstairs)
1:30-2:30 PM Family Yoga with Mariia (Fitness Studio Upstairs)
Trainers will be available to answer questions, give suggestions and tours around the facility.
BONUS: 
RadyFit man & RadyFit woman will be crowned!
