Chuck founded Elite Sports Teams Agency (ESTA) Baseball and Golf Sports Agency with the belief that an athlete’s future was more important than their current status; thus, they and their families’ future should be preserved. Chuck is a PhD candidate in Sports Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Human Movement at California Coast University, he will graduate “Summa Cum Laude” in July. Chuck attained his Masters degree with Honors from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology. Before he created ESTA, Chuck’s expertise of over 25 years was well known in the sports world as the premier trainer of collegiate and professional athletes. As a former Mr. America, Mr. Universe, IFBB Pro, Chinese Martial Arts expert, and track Champion, Chuck has trained over hundreds of athletes both retired and currently in their particular professional sports. He had prepared them physically, nutritionally, and mentally to increase their level of peak performance; therefore, any impediments to the athletes’ performance were immediately remedied thus leading to a higher draft status and greater financial reward. Such as Ahman Green RB University of Nebraska and All Pro Green Bay Packers-took Ahman from a 4.38-4.41 to 4.18 at his NFL Pro Day, Darrell Russell USC-Oakland Raiders from 5.17 to 4.85, was drafted as the number 2 pick in the NFL draft, and Carson Palmer from a 4.85 to 4.63 was drafted as the number 1 pick and Heisman Trophy winner. Chuck was also an integral part in developing Natsaha Watley-3x Olympic Gold Medal winner in Women’s Softball, along with training James “Bubba” Stewart Motocross Champion. Along the way s asked to do a DVD on explosive training for Basketball with “Magic” Johnson.
Understanding that one of the key components to a successful operation is the people in which you surround yourself. Chuck solidified his position as an agent by negotiating contracts worth millions of dollars in acquired compensation for his clients. Also, providing legal protection and financial representation from coast to coast and internationally. Aside from the negotiation experience, Chuck also has an alliance with Encore Sports Management, a leader in Baseball Sports Marketing, who boasts a client list that includes the likes of Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, as well as Beckham, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and LeBron James, Along the way Encore also developed a close relationship with Topps and Upper Deck baseball cards.
