Partner Training

Training with a partner may give you the motivation and dedication your program requires. Partner Training is more effective when participants are similar in ability and fitness level.

Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

Functional Movement Screening is a system that ranks movement patterns that are key to normal movement. FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries that lead to pain, poor posture, restricted mobility and muscle imbalance. The scores from FMS provide you with valuable information on how you can improve movement and posture, reduce pain and increase mobility.

We want our members to feel comfortable using all the great equipment and programs offered at the Rady JCC. Whether you are new to the Rady JCC or have been training with us for years, speak with one of the Fitness Instructors about making an appointment for a free half-hour consultation to discuss your fitness program and how we can help ensure that you’re are doing the right exercises to meet your fitness goals!
