Premium Fitness Classes

The Rady JCC is proud to present additional Premium Fitness programs for members and non-members. These programs come complete with expert instruction and scalable, individualized results for the participant.

ALL NEW Premium Fitness Pass

The Premium Fitness Pass is the new way to experience fitness at the Rady JCC! This pass allows you take our premium classes whenever you like and how often you want.

You’re not married to one class – but instead you buy a 5- or 10-pack and pick and choose the ones that fit your schedule and interests each week.

If you’re looking for a challenge, want to take your fitness to the next level or value the accountability of a group, these are the classes for you.

Classes begin Sept. 7 and run continuously throughout the year.

To Pick Your Classes Online:

If you are an active Rady JCC Member or have previously registered for a program, you should have an online log-in and password. If you’ve forgotten your credentials or did not receive this email, please click the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the Program & Registration portal login page to have your credentials emailed to you.

Once in the portal, click on the Premium Fitness icon.

From there, you can select the classes you want to pre-book in for. Select a date in September from the drop down (to view classes when they begin).

If you just want to browse around without logging in:

Go to our Registration Portal and click the “HOME” icon in the upper-left of the screen, then click on the Premium Fitness button to view the available programs.

 

You can purchase the pass online or at the Sports Desk, then sign up for the classes you want to take online, over the phone or in person at the Sports Desk. Passes are good for six months from the date of purchase.

Class Descriptions:

Kettlebell:

Kick all your fitness goals into high gear. Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength, muscular endurance and efficient calorie expenditure. This class will focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight.

Boot Camp:

Designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, healthy, challenge your body and mind, all while making fitness fun.

Advanced TRX:

Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, flexibility and balance with this total body conditioning class.

CycleMania:

Take on the challenge and come along for a blast of a class. It will be fun, ultra-efficient and high intensity, designed to boost your metabolism. Hit the hills, power the sprints, chase down the competition, and learn first-hand the definition of the word “endurance”
