Youth Fitness Programs (Teens)

Your lifelong commitment to fitness starts here! Rady JCC youth fitness programs will expose teens to a variety of fitness options, where they will learn how to train safely and effectively while developing the foundation for leading a healthy lifestyle.

Teens 12 & 13 years old have full access to the fitness centre after completing an orientation session.

JCC Maccabi Games

Compete in one of the following sports: baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, tennis, golf, swimming and table tennis
