Group Fitness Class Descriptions
High intensity class featuring athletics, resistance training and plyometric moves using the BOSU. Not your typical group fitness class!
Challenge your heart and muscles with alternating intervals of cardio drills with that of strengthening exercises.
A barbell program that strengthens all your major muscle groups in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.
A high energy class that combines athletic based movements with great music that will get your heart rate going and your body sweating!
An alternating pattern of cardio training with muscle strength and endurance movements or continuous cardio followed by continuous strength training. Core work and a stretch conclude the class.
A challenging resistance class for the entire body. A variety of equipment will be used to increase muscular strength and endurance. There will be no cardio in this class.

Come out for a total body workout! Enjoy the benefits of Spin® and resistance training all in one class. A great way to try out a Spin® class!
Strength & Stretch
Half an hour of strength conditioning with a half-hour of flexibility movements.
A cardio workout to the latest Latin beats, this class is as much a party as it is a workout!
The high energy fun of Zumba combined with the use of light weights makes for a best muscle toning, booty shaking class you’ve ever tried!
A class that’s designed for active older adults, this class has all the fun and energy of a regular Zumba class at a lower intensity.
A holistic approach that uses postures, breath awareness, and relaxation technique to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Suitable for participants new to yoga with emphasis on execution of poses.
Postures flow with an emphasis on strength and agility. The practice consists of a sequence of postures and breathing techniques, designed to intensify internal heat and cleanse the body of all impurities.
