The Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre is a not-for-profit community agency providing a broad range of programs to meet the diverse needs of its members, the Jewish community and the community-at-large. Programs include cultural, social, educational, health, fitness and recreational activities and serve all age groups from infant to older adults.

Membership Services Desk Representative
The Rady JCC currently has permanent part time and full time opportunities available for outgoing individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer support.
You will respond to questions and concerns in a pro-active, professional manner; process membership and program registrations for a variety of events; process payments; help to promote the Rady Centre’s programs and services; and other clerical duties.
The ideal candidate:
• At least 1 year of post secondary education
• Outgoing, friendly and show great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of 2 years customer service training and sales experience
