Evening and Weekend Customer Service Supervisor

The Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre is a not-for-profit community agency providing a broad range of programs to meet the diverse needs of its members, the Jewish Community and the community-at-large. Programs include cultural, social, educational, health, fitness and recreational activities that serve all age groups.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and energetic individual to fill the position of Customer Service Supervisor. In this position you will be responsible for supervising staff, working at and overseeing the membership and sports desks, handling member issues as they arise, as well as assisting the membership department. This position is full time and requires shifts on evenings and weekends.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has completed Grade 12
  • Is very familiar with computers and standard office applications
  • Has proficient math skills
  • Has a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory position with staff in the area of customer service.
  • Has sales experience
  • Is friendly, outgoing, energetic, responsible and mature
  • Is able to make quick decisions as issues arise
  • Is fluent in English
