Congratulations to Rady JCC Personal Trainer Alex Frunze on winning gold at the Manitoba Open Provincial Bodybuilding Championships held this past Saturday.
For the second consecutive year Frunze captured first place in the Masters 40+ category. Frunze a personal trainer at the Rady JCC for three years, will now compete in a National Bodybuilding Competition this weekend in Toronto.
Alex is no stranger to winning competitions as he was the Overall Champion, Open Championship (Ukraine Bodybuilding 2005),  Overall Champion, Odessa Open Championship (Power lifting 2004).
Congratulations Alex and best of luck this coming weekend in Toronto.
